5 syllable poem: The heartbroken sun
The sun is rising
Why are you not here
It rose to see you
You failed to appear
It will dwell again
It will set away
Hoping to see you
at least one more day
Grace him with your eyes
for he stares at you
It is why he wakes
To catch just a glimpse
of your pretty face

Every guy has a bit of Andy Dwyer in him. I know it. Deep down, every guy just wants to serenade the girl he wants and be blunt about his feelings. The guy is completely oblivious to hints girls drop him when they do like him. He is silly, immature and just wants to talk sports all day. However, at one point in our lives, we (guys) are forced to grow out of that because of experiences we have (and we grow up…). Yet a part of us always wants to do all the crazy things you see him do. Deep down, I am convinced that Andy is the pure version of all of us. This one’s for you man.
